Anyone interested in meeting up for lunch this Saturday...maybe in Acme...or? I'll be heading out somewhere, thinking a nice ride down #9 might be a bit warmer than heading North for me. Weather forecast looks pretty decent.

Just saw the posts. Working tomorrow, plus trying to put the bike away for the winter. Hate to miss out, but have a great time. Acme is a nice rural ride too.

Well, had no takers for today, so after Lisa and I bundled up and took her old Miata top down for breakfast this AM I headed out on my own, around Harrison River and  Lake, and then up the Fraser Canyon towards Hells Gate. A little chilly up there, but all in all a great day to be out on the bike  cooldude
Not sure how many days left... I'll keep her on the road while the weather's still decent, but then I have some work I want to do on her so I'll likely pull her off towards the end of November.

Beautiful place and pics; thanks.   cooldude

However, I'm trying to figure out if this is some driftwood, or some old mummified fisherman on the beach?

Driftwood , Jess. And, the lake is actually named  Wood Lake!
Although...when fishing these lakes myself, I have been known to be a bit on the obsessive side (the Mrs's words, not mine Wink) staying out for quite a long time...so I guess there could be an old mummified fisherman there  one day Wink

Beautiful pics, as usual.

I’m jealous, as usual.

....and thanks for answering my texts about my renovations while you were tying to enjoy your day riding.  Grin

What a beautiful country you live in Mike! Looks like a wonderful ride. Haven’t been on mine since it got cold and my back started acting up again. Could have something to do with all the yardwork that has to be done. Weather’s been ok here in the afternoons. May have to head around the lake here one of these days before the snow hits.
