It's over nine minutes.  I wasn't interested enough to watch the whole thing. 

Everyone is entitled to hold an opinion.  Just watching the video I'm not impressed with his riding.  He appears to not be a regular rider.

There are enough American made motorcycles that one could make a case for several.  Doesn't it depend largely upon the purpose for which one wishes to own a motorcycle?

I hold to the 1520 Honda Valkyrie as the best American made motorcycle for me.

My opinion (and that's all his video would be) is that anything made by Honda in the USA, followed closely by any of the other Japanese brands, followed closely by anyone else. You really can't buy a "bad" motorcycle these days.

maybe he should clarify his best more precise to be the best vtwin cycle to buy for the price paid.  that argument though could be had though being the honds VTX1800 which I would hold on par with victory for sure if not smidge more better VTWIN that is.

Not sure his comment at the end will be true being say 15-20 years later the victory cycles will ONLY go up in value.  I thought that too of our old VAlks some 20 years later, and although they are not bad, the value is NOT going UP, but down slightly.    Older say 2001 thru 2010 goldwing values are going down even more in pricing to near equivalent of our 1520cc valks.

Rob: The last wings came out of Ohio in Feb of '09. They pre made the '10 wings.  No '11 wings and the '12 wings came out of Japan.

An opinion: Victory made the best V-twin in North America (Cross Country Tour) and forced H-D to compete with changes that were needed so as not to be left behind,  much to the benefit of their buyers.

A shame that Victory did not get the lion's share of the market, but you can't compete with a brand and imaged class of riders about the superiority of their machines.  There's only so much room available in the sales world.  Then along came the return of Indian and Victory's fate was sealed.

Great prices on Victory tourers will stretch well into the next five years or longer; they are as bulletproof as our Valkyries.   I've never heard anything derogatory about their ride or performance.

Honestly, I was close on a Victory before I found my Valkyrie. I do hope to put one in the garage in the next year or two.
