I left Seneca SC around 11:00 or so expecting it to get cold by the time
I got to Cookeville TN... near this overlook in North Georgia, I realized
my heated gear wouldn't turn on...

I stopped at a friendly looking business in Hiawassee and they didn't mind if I
worked on my bike a little in their parking lot... it was easy to correct, but
not until I fiddled around taking the seats off and checking a couple of fuses
and ...
At dark it got cold, I still had an hour to go. My liner was cooking, my hands
were at that perfect neutral temperature and my feet were numb... a
weird combination... Mitch saw me roll in and ran down to make room for
my bike in the slot where his was - the place was packed. Punisher and Coot waited
until I got there and we ate at the good Mexican place right at ground zero.
Saturday some of us headed out on a ride... lots of good roads around...

A whole bunch of us went to Bigwolf and CB's house, they fixed smoked pork
smoked bologna and other good stuff. I stole this picture from Smokin Joe.

Two different football games and several rooms (one of them Wimp's GIANT room) filled with
people Saturday evening.
On Sunday a group of us left off towards Tellico Plains on 68...

We all split up at Watts Bar, Randy and I continued down 68 towards Tellico Plains. Randy
remembered seeing one end of The Joe Brown Highway on 68 not far from Tellico Plains.
We both knew The Joe Brown Highway was paved on the Murphy end, is it paved
all the way through?

The Joe Brown Highway is not paved for a distance of nine miles
