According to a news caster on K Y 3 Springfield Mo. an N B C affiliate President Trump will be attending said Parade and will make a speech. Not a big deal-right? WRONG. According to the report he is The First President to ever attend the N Y C Veterans Day Parade. And if my reporter from K Y 3 is wrong tell her-Maria Nieder @ ky3. RIDE SAFE.

Pence went to Arlington so the President could be in the parade.

And like my brother-above said, he's the first President to march in the parade.  Every year, since the parade began (I heard this this morning) the President has been invited regardless of party or color, and every year, up until now, the invitation was respectfully turned down.

This President is doing good by the soldiers and the veterans.  He shows them the dignity and respect they deserve and he honors his and the country's promises to them.
