    These are an old set of bates bags, so i am told. will do the set up this weekend with new mounts. they really look good on the bike. Then off to the painter they go, he told me he can have them done in three days. I will post more pics as i set everything up. Got a hundred dallors in them from ebay, another hundred to paint. We will see how they look after paint.

They look like the Bates bags I had on my 78 CB750Four. They were good bags. Tough and they kept everything dry.

My buddy has a set of Bates Saddlebags just like those in white and best I can remember they have a chrome rails around them .They are hangin' in the back of shed behind his house. They was on a old Honda 450 he had.

  You are right Joe, i have seen the rails that go with these bags. I just did not get them with this set. they flow right with the line of the shocks. and the rear fender, Should look pretty close to stock when they are mounted.
