even here in WI there have been 2-3 cycles per day seen out the past week or so.  So tempting, but the roads at least in the morning are still wet and slippery in the low 30's and for the few hours per mid-day good riding weather 45-50,  is not an all day or 1/2 day ride just a few hours of daylight then pack it all back up for winter.

stay safe and enjoy the WARMTH.   Wink

Joe,
Wishing you dry roads and beautiful skies.

Mural and I will be in the car but heading to Tybee Island in the morning.

Be safe out there.  Traffic can get crazy after Christmas.

Keep safe Joe, and enjoy the ride.

We woke up to a white Christmas, not much white but its white outside.  AND there were hoof prints in the snow.  2funny

anything above 35-36 degrees and is do-able where I live, but prefer 40 and above to ride on 2 wheels.  Road conditions are not ideal though around me even if into the 50s.

BOSS oyster bar. Right on the river. 123 River St. Phone 850-653-9364 . Unless Hurricane Michael trashed the business. It's right on the river. The surge may have f'ed them good and proper mate.

EDIT.

Phone number is not good. Mebbe they are FUBAR. Shame if so.

High around 57* F yesterday. Second day in a row above 50* so the local Girl and I had to step out for a few hours of right wrist action. The roads were wet in the shaded areas but dry enough from the warm temps that the frost was gone in the sunny spots and with no leaves on the trees (or roads) there was plenty of good road. I didn't get many miles in since I was supposed to be working on a clients project but I don't often get to ride this late in the year here in cheddar land. Today back in the thirties for a high so I am glad I was able to get out when I did.

Enjoy that warm southern Gulf air. Many years ago there was a fish house in Sopchoppy that would sell bushels of oysters retail even though they were a wholesale business. Shuck and eat all the way back to Tallahassee where we would line up kegs and have a weekend block party with another bushel or two of oysters and scallops all fresh from the Gulf.
