Well that was very interesting to say the least... I just got off the phone making reservations at the Portland Harbor Hotel... I was asked if I was affiliated with the crowd that took 'multiple pens' last year, and also affiliated with the 'noisy crowd' gathered at the fire pit !!! Imagine what the ruckus would have been had Un'ca Bernz been there !!!  All booked for Sat night, with a garden view.... |

My bigger concern is who is going to regulate the noise at the campfire.

All I know we have been at the PHH for many years now. One year we tried they new Hyatt and the consensus was that it lacked the ambiance of the PHH. Laura and I have always secured a room that is conducive to gathering but the current outdated nature of the executive suite at the PHH has us looking for new accommodations. With that said, please take a look at the Press Hotel which is just up the street on Exchange. Let me know your thoughts for a change in 2021 https://www.thepresshotel.com/ |
