I’m waiting to see later what is going to be spun to make it appear it was not a peaceful demonstration.

Yesterday on the fabulous "Yahoo news" the only article I saw was titled something like "Protester shouts F-you to MSNBC reporter"

And the picture showed a reporter facing a camera with an older, gray-haired, bearded, white guy standing just behind him!

I think it was from "politico" so I didn't read it figuring it was trash anyways!

But I did read some of the "opinions" and pretty much all of them brought up the 1st amendment reminding everyone that a-holes like dinero / madonna said the same thing to President Trump and got praise from the left!

And a lot of commenters stated that it was a peaceful rally!
Wasn’t that Jess ? (Just kidding)

I think many of you should be thankful that the FBI was diligent in rounding up those Neo Nazi guys beforehand. Had they have made it there and created whatever havoc they were planning it would have reflected badly, rightly or wrongly, on the event.

The 80's and 90's saw racial harmony grow.  Even with the likes of Sharpton and Jackson, interracial activities and housing grew by leaps and bounds.  What happened?  2008 happened.  Since 2008, EVERYTHING now has to do with race.  The left media has labelled everyone who attended this rally a White Supremacist which is synonymous with white racist.   It took someone worse than Sharpton and Jackson and Farakan to make racial progress go backwards by 40 years........ Can anyone guess who this divider-in-chief could be?   Roll Eyes

I will be cold in the low 30's on Monday, and every one will be warmly dressed.  Almost everyone will be outside all day.

So the question is, will the "Grounds" (exactly what they are I don't now, and now that is very relevant) be cordoned off with metal detectors and handheld scanners to get in, or not?  I have not heard yet.  With no cordons or detectors, we could have massive civil disobedience, and no one would ever know. There WILL be detectors to get into the statehouse.

You'll notice that all these changes to Lobby day rules are being made as close to Lobby Day as possible. That's on purpose, of course.

Northam the Liar and Coward gives reasons for his actions that are the best and most reasonable ones he can come up with (repeat of Charlottesville, out-of-state militias), but they are certainly pure bullsh!t.

I won't go into the (already) long discussions on this but Charlottsville and Lobby day are far, far different things, and he's even said they have no credible threats (only unspecified worries) about out of state militias.  There are simply no counter-protester numbers that could even approach 2-3 percent of our numbers (there could be some peripheral scuffles, but hardly a war).

Since the overwhelming majority of people attending Lobby day in Richmond will be good solid citizens with permits (remember you can't get a permit without being a good solid citizen) (and 632K have been issued in VA, and VA recognizes all 50 other state's permits), the vast majority were planning to come armed (mostly concealed).  So Northam has issued this edict to discourage people from coming at all. It's that simple.  A giant gun free zone with packed in tens of thousands would sure be an unmissable target, and the military types coming know it, and sure won't like it.  (Imagine a belt fed in a hotel window.)

And also, none of us wants to make enemies of rank and file policemen.  Nor should we (at least at this early stage).  The hope is never of course.

Word has it that Northam and Bloomberg (and his people) are working closely together on all of VA's pending gun legislation, and ongoing day to day strategy.  Plenty of public news on Bloomberg backing Northam all the way, and since he spent many millions buying the Democrat majority here, he's making sure he gets his money's worth (and they are dutifully towing the line).

30 is not cold. Not even close. Hoody weather.

Look what happened in Arlington VA at a planned mike bloomberg (now called the little emperor) campaign HQ opening and anti gun rally.  There was no backdoor to this office, so mikey ran away and failed to show at all (the coward).

If you want to read the best feel good article about free men and women standing up for all our rights against tyranny, read this article. You won't be disappointed.

https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/hundreds-of-gun-rights-supporters-spoil-bloomberg-campaigns-arlington-va-gun-control-event/

AND

A few days ago, the VA house passed the worst (of many) new gun laws yet (ARs, mag limits) with several democrats voting against.  Now it goes to the VA senate which only holds a 2- man majority.  One of those democrat senators has already announced he will vote against it.  Multiple news articles say several democrats are expected to vote against, and we only need one more to stall this bill (for now) (maybe a full year).

I hope to find myself contacting a couple democrat offices to thank them for their votes, and I've never done that before.

When I tried to view the pics from the rally the first time they were posted they did not show up. Finally got to peruse them today. My favorite one-the Lady with the-my governor is an idiot T-shirt.  The 2 A folks near blombergs new headquarters in VA. to my knowledge neither showed on national "news" nor the local "news".  Lips Sealed As i stated in another post-selective reporting.  crazy2 Which given the current state of affairs with the political types surprises me NOT in the least. And then the "media" and the deez Wonder WHY so many of us are skeptical of them both.  tickedoff RIDE SAFE.
