WOW first ride of the year. just to work but.........it's a ride.

really cleared my head of the strain of the last few weeks.

wifes surgery tenetively sechd for next friday.

me knee feels like new(almost) but strong enough to ride.

now if i can make it home off of north grand(bad area where i work) it'll be a great day.
everybody have a fun weekend

I have really found that riding is the best medicine...  Maybe that is why you don't see any motorcycles in front of psychiatrist's offices...  Smiley

I sure feel more relaxed after a good ride...  Rode to work and back today for the first time in 2 weeks, felt good...
