Indeed.
Trump just tweeted had he listened to Bolton, he would have started World War Six.

This is getting really good.

Apparently, people who talk in public and on camera all the time, and for years and years, like politicians, can be discovered to have said almost anything in the past (if you look through the old files).  During the hearing already (how house democrats hated impeachment), and right now with both John Bolton and Shiff.

Bolden said curbing corruption was a high priority with Trump, and praised his work in Ukraine, and called Trump's communications with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky "warm and cordial."

Hearing that Bolden had some dirt on Trump yesterday, Shiff said Bolden was a good and credible witness they needed to hear from, but a while ago he said Bolton had a distinct "lack of credibility" and was prone to "conspiracy theories."   (or was he talking about himself?)  And a whole handful of other very unfavorable opinions of him as well over the years.

Unring those bells.

Finally, there is actually a valid use for the media.  History record.

FOX has been playing montages of Democrat flips using video to prove it.  Almost every day they show clips of Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, Biden, et al, saying one thing today and something completely opposite yesterday.  It's comical.  I guess all the people that vote for them have flipped on all of these topics as well.  I was gonna say that you need a playbook and scorecard to keep up, BUT........ then I realized that Trump is their playbook.  Whatever he says is good, they say is bad,  Whatever he says is bad, they say is good.  They should try thinking for themselves and start helping the people who need it already.  Instead, Trump lowered taxes and regulations which encouraged business and we are all reaping the rewards.  Trump keeps saying this is good, sooooooooooooo the democrats are running on raising taxes.  Go figure.

Alan Dershowitz testified yesterday that using the current Democrat standings for impeachment some previous presidents could have been impeached. Including Obama. This coming from a admitted liberal and someone who didn't vote for Trump.

Indeed.  26 percent of those that could be surveyed where Dems.  10 percent did not vote last election but I believe are now registered.  This is by Trumps campaign chairman Brad Parscale, who is an absolute guru on this stuff and will tailor campaign adds and media and such around his data.
157,000 people requested tickets for this event for an arena that only holds at best 10k.  Wow.

Pascale and associates must believe that they can flip NJ as they may book the Meadowlands come warm weather.  He was instrumental in the digital adds in the 2016 campaign that revealed Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania could be taken and resulted in Trump going to those states frequently in the latter part of 2016.

The man loves to argue the law and The Constitution. Listening to him speak makes me wish I had gone to Harvard just to hear him lecture. He understands each specific word in The Constitution have a specific reason to be there and the framers didn’t just throw words to paper for no reason. The language of the law has purpose and there are those who don’t get that concept, who just follow along with the words of the law, not the implication each word has.

The usage of Language Arts is a forgotten subject and understanding that the framers were prolific in their writing skills and knowledge of the importance of sentence structure, proper grammar and verbiage.

It’s people like him, scholars who are old enough to remember times before modern schooling and the drift away from the beauty and importance of the written word.

Reminds me of this clip from the movie National Treasure;

And, unlike another guy who supposedly was a constitutional law professor at Harvard, there are actual lawyers who confirm actually being in his classes as students.

I think the other guy's name is Barry Soetero or something like that.

interesting that per the wildwood democratic mayor on talk radio he clearly stated that max capacity for the fire code is 7500 people for the convention center, yet the centers website claims max of 10k.

https://wildwoodsnj.com/convention-center/
can accommodate groups as small as 100 or as large as 10,000.

The news was quick to point out the volume of trash left behind after the rally...they had to have some negative spin.

I do agree that it looked bad....should not have given them any ammo.

RP, your scenario has many flaws.

1) I never wear hoodies.
2) Were I to have a weak moment, I would never be caught dead in a Philadelphia Eagles hoodie.
3) Brenda only desires to have her pussy grabbed by me. (Or so she says)
4) I would never join a political party. (Democrats or Republicans) maybe Rastafarians  Wink

Donald Trump did not need to tarnish Biden and son to get elected.  He would (and will) smoke them cleanly without any Ukraine investigation.

The president is the chief of US foreign relations, and has every right to ensure millions of US aid is not squandered in corruption, and Ukraine was very corrupt.  He is also responsible for national law enforcement.

Hunter Biden's no skills million a year Ukraine job, and his dad's open gleeful admission to getting a corruption prosecutor fired, before aid would be given is a PRIMA FACIE case of corruption, and certainly enough evidence all by itself to initiate an investigation and perhaps a grand jury.

Biden (as one of 20) running on the D ticket does not get immunity from criminal activity (or investigation) just because he's running for office.  No candidate does at any level.

This entire kangaroo court of an impeachment was nothing but a low class smear of a good man and president, never had a single chance of success, and was nothing but a continuation of the full-court-press obstruction of Trump and his administration from before he was elected to the present day.

The Democratic members of the House and Senate who perpetrated this patent fraud on all Americans and our constitutional republic ARE the domestic enemies many of us swore an oath to protect against.  And so are the pandering, cheering, scum in main stream media (and their owners).

I will happily exclude from this assertion any democrat Senator who votes to acquit.  Surely there must be a few honest democrats?

I,don’t know if anyone read this today but here’s something that’s intriguing;

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/coup-has-started-whistleblowers-attorney-said-in-2017-posts-calling-for-impeachment

“ Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats' ongoing impeachment inquiry, tweeted conspicuously in January 2017 that a "coup has started" and that "impeachment will follow ultimately."

Then, in July 2017, Zaid remarked, "I predict @CNN will play a key role in @realDonaldTrump not finishing out his full term as president." Also that month, Zaid tweeted, "We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters."

Amid a slew of impeachment-related posts, Zaid assured his Twitter followers that "as one falls, two more will take their place," apparently referring to Trump administration employees who defy the White House. Zaid promised that the "coup" would occur in "many steps."

Assuming the vote on guilt (not witnesses) goes down on straight party lines for acquittal (even if a few dems vote to acquit), because the entire impeachment failed to allege any impeachable offense, and failed to be proven under any burden of proof, and was entirely (and solely) a partisan attack, the DOJ/Solicitor General of the United States together with Government Accounting Office help, should file suit in the Federal District Court for DC for the full cost of this impeachment against the Democratic National Party.  Just like for any other purely frivolous litigation.

And if punitive damages are available (probably not), rock their house.

And use it to build the wall.

Given the level of obvious, lengthy and easily provable bad faith and malice the DNC and it's agents, officers and party members have publicly and consistently demonstrated against the president personally, he could probably bring his considerable resources against the DNC in private civil litigation as well in a defamation of character suit.  And I believe punitive damages here are available.

Since they can't be hung, they should be made to pay.

And unlike this impeachment, these actions would result in excellent precedents for the future, for all parties and politicians.

Whatever position President Donald J. Trump takes, or whoever defends or supports him, the Left takes the exact opposite position regardless of right or wrong, or even if they held the exact same position the day before.

Strange days indeed.  Most peculiar Momma.
