Along with the usual chips, veggies, and an assortment of dips, I will be 'cooking'
baby back ribs in a Ninja Foodi.
Not sure about this method, but figured what better time than when there is plenty
of back up grub if all else fails.
We have experimented with raw potatoes cut into fries, and chicken wings.
Pressure cook then switch to crispy air fry to finish.....I'll have to scour the internet for
recipes and idea.
I have already pealed the membrane off the backside, brushed with apple cider vinegar,
and coated with a semi sweet and warm dry rub. I will concoct a bbq sauce to brush on
half way through the crispy air fry cycle.....
If it is a failure, I can always carve the meat off the bones and make one hell of a skillet hash !!!

That sounds delicious! We have an Instant Pot, which we like, but it doesn't crisp like the Ninja. Wish we had bought that instead.

We're having:
*18 fresh Wellfleet Oysters. Now sitting in a cooler in crushed ice. I'll shuck them right before the game starts.
*Home made Buffalo chicken tenders
*Spinach and artichoke hot dip with chips.
*Pesto pin wheels using Pillsbury dough with cheese and home made roasted pepper.

Just started a fire in the fireplace for a little ambiance. Looking forward to watching a good game and creative/funny commercials.

 Cool

They actually came out fall off the bone tender and full of flavor Ron.
I cut / peeled the membrane off the backside, then brushed apple cider vinegar on all sides.
Next I gave the rack a good thick coating of a honey chili glaze dry rub and let set in fridge for 3 hours.
Put in the Ninja and pressure cooked for 40 minutes....then came crisp air fry for 10 minutes.
The rack was cut in half, each half had a different concocted bbq sauce slathered over it before crispy
air frying....

Only thing they lacked was the smoke flavor from doing them in the smoker or over an open flame.
