Today on my way home in my Toyota CHR it was rush hour and not my normal time leaving work, on my way I found a “safety” riding a Yamaha Tracer, I think. He was riding with all the bags and highlighter yellow clothes passing me by. Traffic even boxed him in and I found myself near him and at times next to him. Three lanes each way and me in the far right lane staying put not in a hurry looking back and forth he disappeared, oh he was there and finally was side by side and in sight again and again as I mentioned I was not moving lanes. What I am saying is we are hard to see on bikes and even knowing he was there and mindful of a biker near, just imagine the ones that are not mindful of us.  Traffic and traffic conditions here on the south side of Tampa is just not safe anymore. 17 miles = 1.25 hours I have no interest doing on my bike.  Stay safe out there.

I see riders on the Veterans Expressway in rush hour traffic every morning. Bumper to bumper, stop and
go for miles , I don’t know how they can stand it. The risk reward goes out the window in those conditions. Stay safe out there.

I have been on the bike in Orlando traffic a couple times and don't like it one bit.
I like my Lake County country riding area.

Yes good point Jerry.  Even up here in our area where there aren't as many folks it was getting scary.  One reason I don't have a 2 wheeler any longer.  But hey I saw a young lady on a scooter in Lake City about 10 years ago texting with one hand and steering with the other. Shocked
