I might not have a Volvo in the driveway. Of course, who can say because my wife decides what four wheel vehicles that we collect. Remember Hair?

I'm told lot of auto designers were grads of Malibu Art Institute, which would explain much. Now, I see cars and trucks on the road that look to be the work of a second-grader.

'58 Impala convertible, with dual rear mounted radio antennas. Truly a classic, much nicer car than the previous year, which seems to be everybody's choice.

I've owned two 57s and a 55 in my short lifetime, wish I could afford to get just one of them back. I've got a 50 model GMC five window setting behind the shed that someday I'll breath life into again. Probably after my son gets out of college, and another election.

Had a 57 Olds Super 88 which I had to sell in order to get the 73 Monte Carlo
Was working 2 jobs summers then and the night job was at a drive in movie. A piece of america long gone now, only lives on in our memories

Not all have vanished from the landscape, We still have one in our area. They just closed for the season and had the in car heaters to. Costs $8.50 per person now instead of per car but there is nothing like sitting outside watching a movie with the Original Surround Sound (LOL)www.cascadedrivein.com I also had Three 57's and 1 was a 4door HT. That was my favorite. 69 Mach1, My first new car. 65 T-Bird, 68-442, 71 El Camino, If I could wish and get one back it would be the 69 Mach 1 The Valk was my first new bike in 99 and wishing I still had at least one of my old cars? Is the reason I will never sell or trade for something else. That is not to say I won't have another bike but the Interstate will be with me till death do us part. in no particular order Check out the Drive in www.cascadedrivein.com
