Since I am sitting home, and trying to stay out of the Mrs' hair I decided to peruse my phone contact list

Holy cow, its been 6 years since I spoke with CZUCH (jonathan in Arizona) so I called him

Then called Wild6 (Dan) who rode back from GOTF with me in 2014 and went to at least one of my fall rides.

Glad to report both are doing well.  Jonathan had a good lawyer joke and I had a good priest joke.

Hoping to make some more calls in the coming days just to say howdy.

Be well everyone

Oss,

Yes, you too, indeed! Being in semi-isolation myself, I've been pondering how we all will find ways to preserve... One of the many things I'll be doing is communicating with friends... just as you have apparently chosen to do. This board will be a prime location for frequent visits, and I'm confident my phone will be receiving a vigorous work-out as well. It is good we all have each other to sort of hold each other's hands (electronically, of course), as we struggle to endure this unexpected hurdle placed in our path... Thanks for letting us know you're out there!!! Thanks, too, for reminding us that while we may be isolated, we're not alone...

Good news and bad news from BearintheHouse

Steve survived the accident on the twin to my interstate, but ended up having a triple bypass
in October and no longer rides a motorcycle

*unless you count the 5th wheel they bought for travelling around Idaho and Oregon  Steve and Linda live just in the shadow of the  BIG mountain next to Portland.

Got to stay in better touch, isnt that part of what Inzane and our member rides are about?

So give a shout out

Facebook is just  like a wave or a nod, no substitute for real conversations

This is a pic Allan took of us last day before we got to Portland in 2012

Here is a pic from my fall ride 3 yrs ago?
Wild 6 is standing in front of me

I'm catching up on the Gunsmoke series. Lots of future stars were on that show. Also checking up on the Cartwrights.  Oh for the "good old days" when things were so much simpler. Watching a lot of the 2019 college football games. Watched the 2 playoff games last night. Didn't see the championship game listed though.  Good to see Ohio State lose again.  Grin  My favorite team is who ever is playing Ohio State.  Grin

Thanks Gig and Theresa for the terrific phone call today.

I really kneeded that.

Also great to speak with Valker, good to know you are working hard to piss people off   2funny

We have a terrific Valkyrie family here. Whether we get to ride together in April or May or June it doesn't matter, we will still have other chances to ride.

Oss

Planning a fall ride Columbus weekend after taking a break last year.
