Got out for a little Wind Therapy yesterday.
It was only about 160 miles but it felt good.
Stopped at a country store to grab something to drink and ran into a guy riding this:

It's a 1975 CB400F.
The old bike is in pretty good condition.
He said that he bought it last year with only 900 miles on it.
It needed some restoration but he said mostly it just needed a good cleaning and polishing.
I stopped to take some pics of this:

It's an old canal lock from the late 1700's.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_River_and_Kanawha_CanalThat led to a ride through Goshen Pass:

Goshen Pass is some of the best scenery that Virginia has to offer.
There were even a few sunbathers in the river (sorry no pics).
Goshen Pass leads to Goshen, VA:

Goshen is a small town of about 400 people.
This patriotic tribute is near Iron Gate, VA:

An American flag has been planted on this rock outcropping for years.
Every time one succumbs to the elements somebody climbs out there and replaces it with a new one.
There were plenty of people out and about yesterday.
A lot of people were hanging out on their yards on on their decks with family and friends.
In some of the small towns I saw parents out walking their kids or playing in parks together.
There were also plenty of others out riding their bikes enjoying the day and getting in some wind therapy.
And NONE of them were wearing surgical masks.
It was nice to see people out enjoying the day and living their lives instead of running around in a panic.
