I don’t know if anyone will find this a bit funny but I had a good laugh, made me think it would have been a good sketch on the TV comedy “Big Bang Theory”.

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/astrophysicist-hospitalized-after-getting-four-magnets-stuck-in-his-nose-while-making-a-coronavirus-device-2020-03-30?siteid=yhoof2&yptr=yahoo

“ He explained that he put a magnet inside each of his nostrils, and then attached a magnet on the outside of each nostril — but once he removed the outer magnets, the two magnets inside his nose stuck together, and refused to come out.

So then he tried to use his remaining magnets to extract them, and ended up with all four in his nose.

“At this point I ran out of magnets,” he said.”    Grin

Neighbor's kid some years ago stuck a bean up his nose. It got wet and swelled up, preventing easy removal so off to the ER. When asked why he did it, he said he had heard about it somewhere and was curious to see if you really could get a bean up your nose. He was about 5 or 6 at the time, guess he got his answer.  Grin

Some kids swallow magnets and they get into the intestines and stick together, when they do this they cut off blood flow to that area and have to have an operation to remove that bit of intestine. It can be serious enough to kill them if left alone.

He should have really known better.
