I’ve been interested in what the dosage of Zinc has been being utilized in conjunction with the azithromycin and hydorxychloroquine and I came across this website (and others) all pretty much reiterating the same things.

Before this thing really turned to the mess it is now, my daughter was set to go to Ireland for a week. I discussed with our chiropractor if she should take any precautionary steps before she left since she is easily prone to upper respiratory issues and has had pneumonia a number of times.

He told me to have her increase her Vitamin D3 to very high levels for about a week, it’s called a D3 blast, then remain on the D3 at about 5,000 IU daily. He explained that D3 is absorbed into the body and can remain there unlike vitamin C which is released. He recommend this saying every Fall, mid September is when she should begin the regime so the body does not deplete its level as time outside and temperatures drop meaning less outdoor time. Vitamin D...sunshine.

Elderberry zinc gummies, D-3, C, daily ultra potency.  Oss mentioned some other concoctions and potions I may look into.
