These Russians are true craftsmen.

I found watching them addictive.

There's a ton of YouTube's from the company called "Bucket Factory" where they fab and repair.

For some reason this vid starts in the middle, so you'll need to back it up.

Thats good work. I've made buckets and extensions using the tractor hydraulics.

Just like old home week     Grin Grin. I spent 10 years  as a welder in heavy industrial manufacturing in the early 70's. We built some pretty big stuff .  Crawling around on steel plates and stuffed in  little tiny  little places  welding. I know I don't miss it . Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Watched the whole video, very impressive workmanship.

Just out of curiosity, what do you think the build time was on that, a week? I’d have to guess but 6-8 tons?

Been to one or two Cat factories when I drove for Keen. Seeing the steel transformed into useable pieces that would in the end become Huge bucket loaders-back hoes-or dozers was too say the least Interesting. Seeing a huge end loader broken down for shipment then reassembled at the job site-again Interesting.
When I was driving a concrete mixer in Colorado all of us had to wear many hats besides our main jobs. Our lead welder dragline operator heavy equipment operator and truck driver- Lips Sealed-was showing me how to hard face on his dragline bucket among other things. Even with full welding leathers on and new welding gloves and the darkest shade in the helmet it was still very BRIGHT while using the amps needed for hard facing. While i am familiar with welding i will state here i am NOT a welder.  Roll Eyes
Interesting vid but missing the real noise heat and smells.  2funny  RIDE SAFE.
