My wife is a fan of the show “LivePD” and I watch occasionally but last night they spoke to a Nye County (Nevada) Sheriff officer who was shot on duty. I found the video online. How this man lived is amazing.

This is not a good video, filmed at night with movement so it needs to be viewed more than once to get a real feel for how things played out. toward the end is a slow motion version where things become more clear.

There was another news video saying they tried to airlift him to hospital but chopper was turned back due to weather so he was transported via ambulance w/ police escort non-stop.

That is a much better video. Thanks for pointing that out. I’m amazed how that officer lived.
