The Politically Correct 12 Days of Christmas

On the 12th day of the Eurocentrically imposed midwinter festival, my potential-acquaintance-abuse-survivor gave to me,

TWELVE males reclaiming their inner warrior through ritual drummin

ELEVEN pipers piping (plus the 18-member pit orchestra made up of members in good standing of the Musicians Equity Union as called for in their union contract even though they will not be asked to play a note...)

TEN melanin-deprived testosterone-poisoned scions of the patriarchal ruling class system leaping,

NINE persons engaged in rhythmic self-expression,

EIGHT economically disadvantaged female persons stealing milk-products from enslaved Bovine-Americans,

SEVEN endangered swans swimming on federally protected wetlands,

SIX enslaved fowl-Americans producing stolen nonhuman animal products,

FIVE golden symbols of culturally sanctioned enforced domestic incarceration, (NOTE: after a member of the Animal Liberation Front threatened to throw red paint at my computer, the calling birds, French hens and partridge have been reintroduced to their native habitat. To avoid further animal-American enslavement, the remaining gift package has been revised.)

FOUR hours of recorded whale songs,

THREE deconstructionist poets,

TWO Sierra Club calendars printed on recycled processed tree carcasses.

And a Spotted Owl activist chained to an old-growth pear tree.

Merry Christmas to all!

But it don't rhyme!!

Rhyme? Hmmm, who are YOU to force your preconceived views of word usage onto other words? In their own minds, I'm sure those words rhyme beautifully, and are perfectly harmonious, one must not judge poor defenseless words by any external preconceived notions such as what one considers to be a "rhyme" or not, that's just going to stunt their growth and stop them from growing into good words with high self esteem and a healthy self worth!

My most humble and sincere apologies to any and all words that were negatively affected
by my previous statement. In no way did I mean to infer that words must rhyme in order
to be called "good" words. I wish only good things for the words in the original post. May
they each have a great and successful future. If I may be of any service, please let me know.

Well said, Serk!

Surely we at last have learned in this progressive world we have created that beauty is in the mind of whomever wishes to be beautiful.   Grin

That's much better bashfulbob... Now if you'll just purchase $200 of "I said something non PC, hurtful and insensitive to some innocent words" offset credits from me, all will be forgiven...   2funny
