Me again ;-)

I just want to try to keep this BC forum a bit alive and post some nice pics every now and then.
I hope that's ok, if not please let me know.

Nobody of you knows this I guess, so here's some text as well....

The whole C19 thing hasn't changed anything in my life. I work in a lab and produce liquids for electronic cigarettes. And as long as people can buy their smokes at grocery stores and gas stations, I decided that we do everything to stay open, serve our customers and stay away from CERB.

Fraser Health has come by twice already to check us out and we always got the thumbs up. Employees are happy and safe, customers as well.

We started producing our own hand sanitizer for employees and customers and when you do it all right, customers can have an awesome experience at your business.

I have friends sitting at home, laid off of work for 5 weeks already and they don't know what to do anymore to fill the day. I am the exact opposite these days and sometimes I think "what if I had 5 weeks of doing nothing and stay at home"....

Don't get me wrong, I am not judging. This situation right now is as bad as it can get and I am glad to have a job where I can still work and not rely on CERB.

So for me right now it is the little things that count. We decreased opening times by 3 hours, which means I get out of work by 6:30pm, instead of 8:30pm normally. And getting home when it is still sunny out and I am able to go for a little ride is just amazing!!!!

So last night I went for a little rip and ended up at Burnaby Mountain. View to the West with Downtown Vancouver in the background.

I hope you like it...

Christian... you own and ride a Valkyrie... you certainly don't need permission from anyone to post on here. There's only a few of us around in BC, so we can use all the posts we can get.
Great pics... maybe have another BC Valk in the calendar next year  cooldude

Great pics (and story).   cooldude

Those are some strange Canadian trees with no branches on them.

The sticker on your helmet is great.  And I bet they would sell like crazy about now.  Just don't use forever glue.

Mike: give me a call if you two decide to head back up the canyon. I have a little more time off due to this virus.

Thanks, guys!

I printed a couple hundreds of those stickers at work and they are all over the Lower Mainland on helmets, bikes, jackets. People really do like them.

I forced myself last year to not just ride all day. Stop, take a deep breath, enjoy the view and take some pics. I will post more as the season goes on...

Have an awesome weekend everyone, ride safe!!!!

Great pictures Christian, I thought there was something different on what I first took to be native totems, now I see why.

Mike said it all, no permission is needed, keep it coming.

I'm also one of those still working, and will continue to work right through all this without any changes other than washing my had a little more often (like 20 x a day more). I'm just waiting for someone at work to get it, since we are in the service industry, I go to about 40 different locations a day and took 2-300 machines. I just wish I would get off my ass and do some work about the house and on my MC, but it's still over at mom's in storage, and I can't work on it at home.

Just remember on those pictures, Willow doesn't want ones that have already been publicized, he wants fresh ones, so keep that in mind when you post them.
