Keep on keeping on. I really enjoyed our conversations in Taos. I am hoping to have more of those again this year. You have very interesting thought patterns and insight.

Too much of a good thing isn't always a good thing.  Undecided

Hate to hear this, hope you can put some back on and get out some more while you still can.....

Not sure what you can or can't hold down, the protein powders like Muscle Milk are good for supplementing your diet and keeping your protein levels and weight up.   Hope you get feeling better / stronger .

Only met you once, my first Inzane at Morgantown, but you were a memorable character.  Your bike was totally loaded, looked like the Beverly Hillbillies headed to CA.  You  wore calf high boots with your pants tucked in and a vest with what looked like hundreds of patches.  Our conversation was brief, but as I mentioned earlier, memorable.

I have enjoyed getting to "know" you a bit on the forum.

Hate to see what is happening to you.  Prayers and good wishes to you.

Dan,

We first met in Spearfish, SD. I had learned your path was tragically marked, but was impressed at the foresight you had.  I don't know if this will offer any support, but I think you did it right. With the time you had you were the true free spirit that a lot of us long to be. To escape on the Valkyrie, being to the places you have been, the sights you have seen.. You have 73 pages of history here on the VRCC that have inspired, and will continue to inspire.

Your story reminds me of a quote from Charles Bukowski - "If you're going to try, go all the way. There is no other feeling like that. You will be alone with the gods, and the nights will flame with fire. You will ride life straight to perfect laughter. It's the only good fight there is."
