HD control swap...no.
Choke...yes, but not published. When asked I just email the info to the person requesting.
As for the HD control swap, it's been so long ago I wouldn't be able to do a write-up on it now. I did find it's easier than first thought, just take one circuit(one wire) at a time, get it working and move on to the next. The biggest head scratcher was in the start circuit re. the start button and the kill switch. You do have to build a double relay component with the relays in series to create the "headlight off" function when you hit the starter. The first relay powers the second relay, which in turn is only used for hi/lo beam. Both are normally closed so when you hit the starter it activates relay #1 which kills power to relay #2(hi/lo) which is also an NC relay. I have it set up so the low beam is always on which is where the bikes are run the majority of the time. The HD controls caused the need for the choke mod since the HD didn't have the choke lever the Valk has. Also, the clutch switch needed a replacement function as well so I just installed a hydraulic pressure switch at the clutch master cylinder, the kind often used in brake lines to activate the brake light. I used to have it mounted in the line right in front of the clutch which is down at the bottom of the line. That resulted in switch failure every couple years and when I would replace it the orifice was covered in junk. Apparently being at the bottom left it subject to collecting any sludge present so after moving it to be mounted directly on the clutch m/c, no more problems. Other than that, I've had no issues in the 14-15 yrs. since first installed.
Important suggestion; before starting this project you need to contact a company that sells all the various types of connectors used....bullet connectors, the white multi-pin connectors, etc. I use Vintage Connections out of California. You'll need a good pin remover and bullet connector pliers, a regular connector "squeezer" such as used on push on stuff you find at Autozone, etc., doesn't work the same way. As for the variety of connectors you might need, that's wide open. I quickly found the very type of connector I thought I didn't need....I did, so had to order it in the middle of a project. So if you don't think you'll need it, buy at least two; one to lose and one to use.

Last but not least....label every wire. This is probably the only write-up really needed, I just caution all who read this; if you have issues changing out a battery or light bulb you probably shouldn't go here, i.e., if you are troubled understanding wiring in general. Having the turn signal buttons on both sides took a bit getting used to but I prefer it. I allowed me to install a module that gives me three different timings on auto-shut off of the turn signal, gives 4-way flashers, etc., and again has worked flawlessly for years. All the extra parts I simply laid on top of the battery box lid, looks really bad until you understand what it all does.
So now you know....if you ask me what time it is, I'll tell you how to make a watch!
