I'll be checking mine, which I've be using recently for my F250 when I dropped the rear axle to remove the axle spacer blocks. And then again when re-torquing the new U-Bolts and having to re-check again soon.
What is interesting is that this jack design is used by many companies with just their brand name on them.  Another product made by one manufacturer which is sold by many different brand companies.

exact same stands

thanks

Just checked my 6 tons, they are 62393.  So mine are ok.

I did have to return the first set I bought, which one had an incomplete weld of the two halves.
Check the next set before I left the store and all was fine.

Mine resemble these very closely Except the stand part is orange and the extendable part is white and I've had mine Way longer than the recall goes back. And repeating others-Thank you for this Very Important safety recall notice. Growing up in Illinois I am aware of at least two deaths from Not having the vehicle properly stabilized while being worked on while underneath said vehicle.  Cry And these days it IS a rare day when I personally git underneath Any of my vehicles!  2funny RIDE SAFE.

the company i work for has a habit of buying the cheapest junk you could get for us to work with. we had 12 ton jackstands in our shop and had a 12 ton telehandler sitting on 4 of these stands while we had the tires off getting them foam filled. one of the jackstands broke under the load and the telehandler went on its side crushing 6 oxigen bottles and 4 acetalean bottles. i'm very surprised there wasn't an explosion. but you guessed it. they replaced them with more chinese junk. we also have boom props, the safety guy was in our shop one day and was takling pictures because we had a boom propped up with a 10 ton forklift instead of a boom prop. he ask me why. told him i trust that boom prop about as far as i can throw it. i got wrote up for working unsafely. oh well told him next time he writes me up for doing something i feel is safer than their way of doing it we will see how fast osha is called.

So how much damage-dollar wise-was done to the terehauler the bottles and how much time was lost setting the entire mess back right?? And yer company STILL insists on chinee crap to work with on I'm guessing high dollar equipment? Maybe a call to OSHA would be a good thing? Was all the damages and the incident recorded properly? I flat azzed Refused to go under my my Mack 10 yard concrete mixer when empty when I needed to raise it with out proper safety precautions. Or the bucket loaders or-well you git the idea. RIDE SAFE.

Purchased a set of 6T last fall for a tire change for the tractor and they are part of the recall. Probably going to make my own set that will be pinned. Least I'll know that they are made in the USA. Torin makes a set that's pinned and ratcheting.

On cages, I drive them onto ramps if not working on the wheels/suspension.  Mostly have shops do the cage work; they are fairly new after I got rid of the old Exploder.  On bikes, use the Snap-On table lift and screw-scissor table jacks and my lift adapter.  Can't remember the last time I used jackstands.

I have four of the 3 ton with matching numbers. I have two 6 ton jack stands I purchased in the time frame but can't read the label. They've been painted over. They are supporting an old JD tractor out in the field. Is yard art, so won't be mess'n around under the tractor anytime soon - or ever. The only things I ever purchased from HF, figured they couldn't screw up a jack stand. Should have known.  Thanks for the heads up.
