We picked this DCT CTX 700 up today for Sherry although I just might sneak off with it at times.  The seller had meticulous service records and every single receipt and slam full of gas, so for only $3800 here is the next one the FL board to continue the addition.    I feel this will be a great bike for her.

Funny story,  the Seller was a Goldwing guy but now a Harley owner with one trike and one full dresser in the garage, serious money in bikes and a wife that used to ride and now has no interest.  Now on Sherrys first go I noticed an oil drip on the ground under the bike.  Well, this is interesting,  Shocked. I look and the oil filter was scary loose so I fix.  Now you finish the story...................

Does this mean that Mrs Sheffer now has TWO choices of what to ride? Will she be leaving one at The Cottage? Inquiring minds want to know........

That is her decision and so far she says only one. I still want her on the new ride a bit before we decide to sell the Rebel

The guy was used to bikes leaking oil, he had to loosen the filter. Easiest way to get a Honda to "mark it's territory".

Easy! It had to do something to feel at home among the Harleys.....

Was working on the Triumph yesterday and for some reason I had the feeling you had just purchased the 700. Not kidding. Scary...

Hey Casey.....Sherry here...That is scary! You must know us well  Shocked. And thanks y’all...I’m loving this one, and will only keep one most likely, but am still getting used to the DCT part; not so much the clutch, but the throttle itself.  Oh, and the forward foot pegs...hehe. It handles very nicely.

Nice looking ride. I agree about the extras except the wind screen ai think I would leave that if I were gonna ride it more than 75-100 miles.  But hey thats just me.
