I was hoping to trade a set of OEM (VGC) Valk risers/top bar clamp for 94-03 Magna OEM risers/bar caps.

What are you trying to accomplish? Maybe another Honda offers what you want. Riser clamps from a VT1100 and VTX1300 work on the stock risers. I made this change to install a GPS in the center.

Trying to accomplish a different look,....thats all!
Last year I had my handlebars powdercoated black and I'd like to se more of that black and get rid of as much "shiney" stuff as I can.
