Looking for a fuel cap to use temporarily while restoring my tank. I’ll swap the OEM cap over once it’s ready to go on...

Duct tape is pretty cheap.  (but not down in the hole)

It’s gonna sit for awhile topped off, don’t want any leaks or moisture and I saw a few caps on eBay for 7 bucks...

go to your local truck stop and get a oil fill cap that has the handle on it. works fantastic. put the rubber in the hole and turn the handle to tighten it. used one of those when i had the tank repainted.

not to buy new but used, the site list what other hondas use the same cap.  as soon as it states valkyrie part on ebay price triples. I've bought a few items that fit different hondas which also fit the valkyrie for pennies on the dollar vs $$$$ for the valkyrie part. that was my point.
