All,

I'm looking for detailed instructions on how to reinstall the radiator.

I removed mine to access the thermostat housing.

Now, I'm struggling to get the radiator back onto the two guide bolts at the bottom. The upper hose neck on the top right of the radiator hits the frame and prevents the radiator from moving over to the left enough to get the guide bushings to slip over the guide bolts. I seem to need about 1/2" of additional room.

It was a struggle to take the radiator off and I don't want to use the same "just force it" method to put it back on, if there is something simple that I am missing.

Thanks, Allan

No hoses attached to the radiator yet.
It's the upper hose neck that interferes with the frame and prevents the radiator from sliding over enough to align with the guide bolts.
