I got 7519 miles on my OEM Donuts. I think they are good for about minus 600 miles...

BUT it's my daily fair-weather commuter, without much time for the twisties lately, so it's been perfectly manageable. I don't have the 'nads to drag pegs on this beast (yet) - I'm hoping that'll happen with stickier tires. (Ahem.)

The new Angel GT II's are mounted with Dyna Beads installed. An independent shop did the work (Shout out to Perry in Dover, AR!) and will take the time to reuse them at my next tire change.

Also applying the Custom Taylor 33 reflective red rim tape while they're off. Super easy to do on the bench. I opted not to overlap the sections, but there is about 2" to spare for each set of six, plus one whole 60 degree segment in case things go wrong.

Looking forward to The Pig Trail once me and the new shoes learn to dance together.

Edit: These are daytime photos in the shop, without and with the phone flash. Pretty bright IMHO.
