The greatest extent has always been black on black, then next black on white. But thats OK. White on black has been the least and I think most of that has been in selfdefense but that doesn't mean anything. It only seems to be the latter that makes the news.

We have to remember that 13% of our population accounts for 60% of our crime. Tells telling in itself. Somewhere between 75% to 90% of these families are father-less.
