When you turn the key to ON, before you hit the STARTER button, can you hear the FUEL pump?
Let the FUEL pump PRIME and stop making noise before pressing STARTER button.

Do you have enough GAS in tank?

I would either jump it from another vehicle, and/or get a good charge on the battery. I suspect your new battery doesn't have a good deep charge on it yet, so you have the amps to drive the starter, but possibly the voltage is dropping low enough that the ignition system isn't behaving properly.
Since that was the latest change, that's most likely place to begin.

Turn the key on and see if the the check engine light that is normally solid on, blinks. Count the number of blinks then come back here or look on line for flash codes. Also make sure your cut off switch is on or at least flip it a few times. I think it wont let it crank but i dont remember. Also there is a fuse in the starter relay and check the fuses to see if any are bad.

I check all fuses and they are ok, but i didn't the one on the relay.

But at the end i forgot that i bought extended warranty at dealer, so i took it to them and they can have some fun looking for the problem.

Thanks for your input.

A computer is very selfish.  It will take the voltage for itself before feeding anyone else. Jumping from a known good battery is a shortcut to the issue. Common mistakes are not cleaning connections and GROUNDS. Be sure they are tight and clean.
