https://www.nj.com/coronavirus/2020/07/indoor-shoppers-who-refuse-to-wear-masks-during-pandemic-would-face-jail-fine-under-new-bill.html

“ Now state lawmakers have introduced a bill that would set 30-day jail sentences and fines of up to $500 for those who refuse to wear masks by making violation of the order a disorderly persons offense.”

Also....

https://www.nj.com/monmouth/2020/08/pink-floyd-cover-artist-fined-gets-community-service-after-front-porch-gig-during-lockdown.html

“ A Rumson man cited with violating coronavirus lockdown orders in April when he performed Pink Floyd songs from his front porch on a Saturday night and drew a crowd of spectators was fined and required to perform 40 hours of community service.”

The town of Rumson is an affluent town and home to many famous/rich people through the decades.

This was a BS story right from the beginning and is still a loaded diaper but our Governor and AG are determined to have things their way and make an an example of people who do not follow their way.

Another case of BS. The people were there voluntarily weren't they !

We had a similar thing last winter. Local fellas have formed a 3 man band and play for local dances/plays. [ and they're good]. So when these shutdowns hit and everything was being closed up they would play in peoples driveways. They maintained their 'social distancing' and asked that spectators did also. Folks would come to watch on their golf carts and maintain a decent distance. These get togethers were nice parties. Some nosey dimwit had to complain and the police showed up to try and make us disperse. It kept going on a couple nights a week until it was time to head north.
