All the times I said less than complimentary things about people that have two. I was cleaning the Cobra bike last week when I noticed something horrible. The end bits on the grips including the throttle boss were  corroded!!!  The grips themselves are still in really good shape so I had to fix it.

So I ordered all new end parts. I ordered the larger squarish contoured throttle boss but they sent me the same style I already have. I was not happy at first but at closer inspection the new one is a tad larger so maybe it’s ok.

Then after removing the old one and finding its only bad looking on the top. I had a brainstorm. What if I mounted it upside down on the left.

Wow, now I am one. But it looks good and it’s comfy

Being from AZ, I’m not familiar with this term “corroded”.

Lol. Lucky you!  However, nothing on my bike that you are supposed to touch gets hot enough to burn you in the summertime  Wink
