Can The President deputize law enforcement officers/police officers in these cities/communities under these conditions and circumstances to act as an extension of the US Marshal Service or The Department of Justice?

If emergency hospitals were able to be constructed so can emergency jails.

One thing I continue to wonder is why not at least use water cannons to keep these people under control.
I’ve seen the operating end of a firehose, it can get your attention real fast.

       I am also for the use of Fire Hoses. Boot camp U S N Great Lakes Il. and the 1 day fire school. Had a 2 inch fire hose 20' long on a 35' high stand pipe. VERY impressive. The nozzle had made some Serious Gouges in the stand pipe. Then we All had a chance to man the 4" hose-Navy Style. Again while on the hose-Very Impressive. I've seen the after math of hoses used on "demonstrators"-Lets just say a Serious attitude adjustment DO in FACT take place.  They appear to lose the Will to "demonstrate" !  RIDE SAFE.
