Five states — Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington and Utah — currently conduct elections almost entirely by mail.

Where is the sense that only persons with disabilities can use a voting machine? A reasonable person would think persons with disabilities would be the best ones to vote from home.

So again my wife and I can “go vote in person”, but need to use a paper ballot.

“Modern technology allows us to determine if someone violates the ban on extracting early results reports since those actions are carefully tracked, and the penalties for early disclosure are appropriately severe. We feel confident that appropriate safeguards are in place and that the count can be done securely,” Schwartz said. “Voters deserve nothing less.”



One rule of vote tabulation should include no cell phone or electronic devises are permitted in the counting area or rooms.

And NOBODY is allowed to enter / LEAVE the counting room while the counting is going on. If one of the counters needs a bathroom break, a LEO accompanies the counter to the bathroom and back. (Inside the restroom as well - obviously we need both male and female LEOs on duty for this).

Yes. No issues there on my part.

Wearing a hazmat suit with no pockets for pieces of paper or pens would be good too.

Put a port o potty in the tabulation room. No one in, no one out of the room at all.

JoAnn is a political animal and works the polls every election. Not this year. They are closing some and moving others around. Gloves, masks and face shield are to be worn, After every person the place has to be sanitized. She said NOPE, 16-18 hrs is too long in that garb.

So, we applied for Absentee ballots. We'll jump thru those hoops and see how it goes.
