What is boob looking thing with a wire coming out of it? I don't have one on my Standard.

On my Standard I have this shifter bracket/support up against the block. I don't have one on my Interstate.  Roll Eyes

Oh I think these bushings have seen better days.  Grin

Is the boob looking thing by the oil filter an aftermarket horn maybe?

Toot the horn and see if the sound's coming from that...

And the shock bushings are Beyond TOASTED. On my I/S shortly sfter I bought it coming down an off ramp here in Willow Springs she started wobbling near violently. Damn What the hell over? Some research here and a phone call to the dlr replaced all 4 shock bushings and took her back out. Uphill or down hill off ramps all good now. When I do rear end service I also Replace the shock bushings now.
Thinkin here Ross-da prez-nailed it oil pressure sensor for the oil pressure gauge. Good luck with her. And If this wirx fer ya-Ride Er Like Ya Stole Her!  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

1) Bell Style Oil Pressure Sending unit, aftermarket.
2) OEM shifter shaft, standard on all 97 to 03 Valks
3) Worn our shock bushings

Why not google "electric boobies"? I'm sure you'll get some interesting search results.  crazy2  Evil
