We'll meet at Hotel 6 parking lot on the Jefferson Blvd exit 15 at 9:30. Kick stands up at 9:45 heading to Watch Hill. From Watch Hill we'll head to Aunt Carrie's for lunch and then on to Beavertail. Bring a mask if you want to eat lunch. Please let me know if you are joining us. If you are running late 401-649-5557.

Well I guess the ride was today, so when no one showed up I figured I got to hotel6 a day early.  I tried calling Rick before I left Marlboro but got no answer.  Well tip he day was perfect so I rode my new 3 wheeler around Charlestown island then to Newport to see where I did a tour of naval duty.  Had lunch on Thames St. then  Fort Adams and Ocean drive.  Maybe next time I will get the date right.

Rick, Great ride thanks for putting it together. The group may be getting smaller and no Valkries show up but the camaraderie is still there.  Great weather, roads and people. Maybe next year when we return to normal we can do it again.

Rick, thanks for your patience, and smarts! I was sure it was a guick ride through Providence to get to the meeting place. So confident! Don't need Rick's number in case I was running late... nah... And yet there I was, running late in Providence, needing to get gas... Ten oclock! I'm sure they left by now.....  send a message on FaceBook? NEVER ENTERED MY THICK SKULL... OK, maybe I can catch them at Watch Hill... where is Watch Hill? Don't know, just always followed someone. No GPS installed yet. OK, Maps on the iPhone. Head south. Pull over, check the map, put phone back in pocket... repeat incessantly... finally, road sign for Watch Hill via Westerly! Lovely ride up the coast, finally get to familiar territory. Not one Valkyrie on the horizon. Did the loop, was turning right to leave, and behold, 3 red Gold Wings pass me going the other way, we recognize each other, I turn around and follow them, and they made a little nest in the parking space just big enough for HER Majesty (red, of course) to fit! Socially distant hugs were displayed, bathrooms were found, excuses and apologies were uttered, and accepted. Perfect weather, great company, Bernie and Ron, you were remembered on Beavertail (no reenactments). I didn't fall off a rock or hit the kill switch this year. Progress. Aunt Carrie's never disappoints. A wonderful day spent with fabulous people who all own the correct color bikes! Cheesy angel smitten Cool Undecided Kiss 2funny
