In the video you’ll see a guy with a bullhorn saying he’ll be there everyday until he gets his $600.00 and the members of the small crowd back him up, so I guess they’ll all be there...instead of going out to find a job.

Look up a website for them. There are phone number listed. I think the final date for a complaint is 10/15/20
