Been having a wobble for a while now. Thought it was due to blown fork seal, so I fixed those, then redid the whole tire tightening sequence, etc. a couple of times with no result. After a ride a few weeks ago I noticed one of my rear shocks was "soft"  - when I took it off it was easily compressed by hand. The other was still strong. They were factory shocks and old so I replaced them. Guess what no more wobble. I'm thinking the "wobble" was from the rear end and not the front. So if you can't shake the wobble (see what I did there?)  Grin Check your rear shocks. Or possibly rear tire alignment. Or rear wheel bearings...or...

Quantify the term "wobble".

A vibration at speed? At certain speeds? Present all the time or only when you hit bumps?

Etc.
