Vietnam Confiscates Over 300,000 Recycled Condoms for Sale

It was unclear from the article whether these recycled condoms were to be used for prophylactic protection again, or just added to stir fry vegetables for consumption.

If it was like one of my 2 kids there would be no toilet left to not be clogged up using way way too much TP.  We use the good stuff Cottonelle softer/thicker and now she lives in a place that is required with septic to use the cheap thin stuff that is as far as I am concerned near totally useless.  I wonder how my kid survives it now and how much more she has to use to equal our Cotonelle stuff.
