Far North Chicago Burbs'

Had them installed about two months ago...put a good 2K miles on them.

They were a bit tougher to roll at first, but after about 500 miles they felt as free as the Michelins were.

They seem to be wearing nicely as well..that is no noticeable wear at all after 2K.

While the Michelin Pilots were good tires, I like these tires just as much, except for the front tire in which I like way more.

Why?  It offers neutral steering without feeling bloaty.  The Michelin Trail tire is too conical in my opinion.  The steering always felt to little..that is not requiring enough handle bar input to move the bars.  I got used to it...but I never felt completely comfortable with it...especially after getting off my Warrior which has properly sized tires. There just isn't enough road/rubber contact with that more pointy tire (laterally).

The Angel GT front tire looks and feels like the correct sized tire.

I highly recommend these tires as an option to the Michelin Pilots and DEFINITELY a better match for the front tire.

Did yours feel stiff at first?  I mean I was bummin' initially when they were first installed.  The bike actually felt slower off the throttle from a dead stop...It was like I had to give it more throttle to get the bike going...strange...but man after about 500-1000mi I noticed how that easy roll on from a dead stop returned...Now I really like the tires... for a GT tire they actually absorb bumps...but with good traction and accurate tracking...

I only ever noticed the sound. They're good tires, they
never make me think about them, they just do the right
thing...

Just be aware that because there are no sipes or tread cuttings in the exact center of the tread, you can't actually measure tread depth there. It is possible that you can wear these to the cords in the center while showing 2/32" depth measuring the sipes just off center. It surprised me on my bike. I checked tread depth prior to a short trip. By the time I returned home a couple hundred miles later, I was well into the center cords.
