Last Saturday a friend and I decided to ride to Lytton and have a look at "Weird Kenny's" place. Ken Glasgow was born and raised in Lytton and as he says by himself, "I will die here, too."

We started in Maple Ridge and took Hwy7 all the way to Hope... on our way there I saw another guy pulling in to the traffic on his beautiful Valkyrie and I immediately knew that familiar face. We kept on riding the twisties in that area and then I pulled over for a quick chat... it was great to see you @MSB! I hope you had a great time in the Okanagan and a nice celebration!?!

We enjoyed the ride through the canyon and then arrived in Lytton. When we arrived in Lytton we followed the road through Lytton and on towards Hwy12 towards Lillooet. There is a gas station in Lytton and right next to it there's a road that says "no trespassing"... follow it up the hill for about 3mins and you'll arrive at Ken's place.

We were greeted by his dogs and looked at every little and big piece of his art. Ken came out as well and we had a nice chat for about an hour. Very interesting guy...

On Sunday I rode the Duffey Loop with 16 other riders and we stopped by again at Kenny's place. He loved seeing all the different bikes.

Be warned, many pics to come...

The big bikes are 1.5, 2 and 3 times the size of a Harley. He measured every part and everything is true to scale. It took him 3 years to build the big bike.

On our way back we stopped at the Alexandra bridge. It is directly at Hwy1 and only a 10mins walk from the parking lot.

Great report Christian. It was nice to see you as well, thx for pulling over for the chat.
I've known about that place and ridden by  many times but have never gone in... next time up that way I'll be sure to take the time to do so.
I have a feeling there's a "few" of our American brothers who hang out regularly on the General Forum that would appreciate Kenny's art and outlook on the state of our existence in these current times  Smiley
