Maybe, maybe not. Why do you want to change the tire size?

Terry, I'm guessing yes. Check out tire size calculator link. It is only about a 1/4 inch different in width https://tiresize.com/calculator/Jim

I would say no it won’t fit. If it’s a big 160 no way. If it’s a skinny 160 might but with close to zero clearance.

I have to agree with Chris. I physically went out into the garage and stuck my hand up into the fender sporting a Cobra Venom. If it's a good deal, I'd check date code. Seen a bike shop try to sell near out date tires @ discount. Not cool.

Really the OE 150 is already the largest front bike tire anywhere.
Even the Wings only use 130s.

It will probably fit. The E3 150/80R 17was 5/8 inch wider than any of the other 150/80 tires including the E4.

It might just fit, but will it be a good performer? Looking it up, Michelin Macadam 160/70-17 is a rear tire of conventional construction - not a radial front. The Valkyrie was designed for a radial front, and there are tires specifically made for our bikes. Buy it and find out? The savings might not be worth the risk.
I've used the original Dunlops, Metzler's, Avon's, Bridgestones. All radials. I've found a Michelin Pilot Activ bias ply 150/70 rear to be a pretty good tire. I think I'm currently about 40k with them. Along with a 195/65 car tire, I'm just fine.

I git a Lot of what the hell is that? With my 205-65-16 rear D/S choice. Gotta look and see what size my front is with that Shinko white wall I have up there. RIDE SAFE.

Last year, I had a (bike) cop walk over and tell me my tire was so low, it was flat on the bottom. I didn't want to have a debate on the legality (or sanity) of car tires on motorcycles, so I said OK thanks I'll check it out. It had 40 pounds in it, but yeah it's still pretty flat on the bottom. As he was walking away, we were both shaking our heads.
