Interstate headlight relays

I’m putting in higher wattage bulbs in my 01 Interstate. The Clymer  diagram show that the low and high beams have relays OEM.  Would I still need to install headlight isolation relays if there’s 2 already in place?

I don't think so.

I've been running "off road" 80/100 H4 halogens in my two interstates for several years, with just the OE relays and no problems.  And no retainer rings either.  https://www.amazon.com/HELLA-H4-100-80W-Wattage/dp/B000COBLKW

I have not lost one bulb (or a high/low circuit of one bulb)

I have not had any heat/wiring/socket/fuse trouble; the fairing breathes and cools well.  

I did not have to do any re-aiming, and I never get flashed with twin 80s on low beams.

Other than maybe flashing someone, I never run on high beams; the increase draw to 80watts X 2 constant (over 55 X 2) is enough (and I do not run all sorts of other electricals like some do).  And I rarely ride at night (which disappoints the bugs).

I have the same 100/80 watt bulbs like Jess and use the OEM relays without any issues.
