My 10 year old son is doing the hybrid "learning" setup right now. Today, one of his assignment for social studies (don't get me started there either) was to design his own campaign poster. The link provided in the assignment goes here:

I have seen the indoctrination, first hand.  I lost my daughter to it.

She learned American history from either the losers side or just basically that the big, bad, bully America does everything solely for it own interests.  I gave her example after example of how America stepped in, did good, and walked away with nothing.  She in turn rattled off ways in which America prospered by those same examples.  To which I replied, Why does it matter if America also benefitted by doing good elsewhere in the world?  We use our recources, wealth, and American lives, why shouldn't we benefit in the end?  She doesn't get that aspect of it all.

Recently a kid was thrown out of one of his on-line classes because he has a Trump/Pence flag on his bedrrom wall.  If THAT'S not an attempt at indoctrination then I don't know what is.  To tell a student, and the rest of the class, that he's doing something WRONG by supporting the country's President and then punishing the kid for it is insane, yet we hear of these occurrances more and more.

Or locally, call out "right" leaning students to stand on the opposite side of the classroom totaling 4 out of the whole class. Sad indeed for teachers to be so cruel but think they are "teaching".  Embarrassed

I would think a call to the Superintendent's Office for the school district is in order (well maybe start at the school's Principal's Office first). A Teacher is there to TEACH the class material, not to have their political views seen everywhere, especially in a student's home bedroom !

Parent should sue for intentional infliction of emotional harm for ten million and take the kid to private psychologist for evaluation of PTSD.

Then run for school board

Disgusting all the way around.

This indoctrination started quite some time ago. One main factor was Cloward and Pliven about 60 yrs ago. History and Civics stopped being taught in the 70s. Get the minds when they are young and vulnerable and they can be brainwashed quite easily. There is a big incentive to keep people from thinking for themselves and you don't have to look very far for evidence of it.
