That looks like the new Rocket 3 to me. I've read there are 2 versions. They look great, and all that power would be lots of fun!

$21,000, and it comes with that rear fender ? got to be the ugliest fender setup I've ever seen. (No offense to any future owners)

I've always liked the Rockets and I actually like this new version a lot... except that fender. If it came with somewhat of a more traditional rear fender, I think this bike would be stunning.

The GT version is very tempting but for that price I really think I’m gonna go for a DCT Goldwing when the time comes, but the rocket three got great reviews in the forum for it the guys seem to love it.

I’m sold already, now where did I put that extra $21k.

Needs a fender and hardbags. Here's the Corbin add-ons. Like fairing, dont' like bags. Triumph needs to make a Tourer. (and ditch the off-road plastic fender)

His mod makes the bike look 100% better.

With an engine 1,000 cc larger than a Valkyrie, I'm sure when you twist the throttle you quickly forget about the fender. I rode one of the old Rockets with the 'smaller' 2,300 cc engine and it was a blast.

Lamonster, who is actually Lamont Bryden was one of the founders of the VRCC. He has since gone off in other directions of accessories for various brands. Without Lamont, it's a good bet we would not have this forum on which to disagree about the world in general.

(and ditch the off-road plastic fender) To me, that’s like putting a roof rack on a Ferrari. If you want a touring bike, buy a touring bike...or by all means, Triumph should have made a touring version. But this bike is a cruiser/power bike. Those pics are just not right.

I sat on one this weekend, and I read a bunch of people talking about theirs over on their forum... seems like a real cool bike This link leads to seeing Corbin's 360 degree view of a bike with their saddlebags and rear-fender-fixer: https://www.corbin.com/triumph/tr320bag_2.html?iframe=true&width=650&height=435The corbin picture is of a GT, bigger handlebars and more forward controls and a different seat from the R. The pegs and controls are interchangeable between models, so you can have any combination of the above you want. It weighs less than a Valkyrie, yet it has that GIANT tractor motor. They say it handles terrific, great for mountain roads. -Mike

I like the bags for functionality and especially the backrest, which would come in handy when ripping yer arms from their sockets!

One of our regulars on our Thursday night ride group has a new Rocket III, upgraded from a 2015 Rocket III .......... He loves it, he was a bit slower then usual but hadn't had it long, nice looking bike........if you ride solo, not much of a rear end on it. Has had brake bleed issues as parts are too close to the exhaust, A fix was underway

Rode with a guy that had a '15 a few years back. I was surprised how well it did in the corners. These new ones look badass. Extending the rear fender another 3 or 4 inches, and integrating the license plate would have been my design choice. (There is probably a reason I'm not a designer)

The color scheme on the bagger and fairing does not fit my taste. I think color scheme would be the ticket on this one. A cool looking naked bike.

Indeed the reviews are outstanding in power, cornering, etc. It lost a lot of weight. I think if they made one in the touring/ bagger package like they did the first generation, they might move a lot more units.

(There is probably a reason I'm not a designer) The rockets are quite common over here, Several people I ride with have them, a couple of first gen, one tourer, a couple of later ones and one the new style, one of the later ones has spent big dollars tricking it ...... but it doesn't go much faster...........just wheel spins easier. Wooki has an early model (has wiring issues at times) and he used too race bikes, that man can get that bike around the corners quick
