Looks like a Universal set.

Try J&P Cycle in Anomosa, IA.
http://www.jpcycles.com/
or
JC Whitney In Chicago.

I have a set on my Trike just like them and I think they came from JC Whitney, or Dennis Kirk.

I have a set on my I/S that I got from the Harley Shop. I was told that they were made for the harley duce. Had to modify the mounting holes for them to fit. Been running them for 8 yrs and like the position.

After checking out the seating position on Moonshine's Valk, I bought a set of Deuce risers on ebay for $50 with the handlebar.  sold the bar for $25.
