??? So far we've had a wet summer and fall up our way. My Central & Southern FL Valk Brothers seem to have had plenty of rain too.  Shocked I understand that ya'll are also at above average rainfall amounts ??? The aquifer is full which is a good thing. You all stay safe with what appears to be a lot more rain in the forecast.  Wink

I am the lone man in this 92,000sf building (Gov Holiday today) and the rain amounts coming off the roof would create a water slide.  We are on Sarasota Bay and the waves are strange.  very calm with small ripples not what I would expect with the Hurricane getting near. The building is as ready as it can be now.     I will take my holiday day time tacked onto a weekend  cooldude

Got both propane tanks filled, filled camper tank with water, 18 gallons of fuel in the shed, all 3 generators ran the previous day, batteries and flashlights ready.
And never lost power, but I was ready.    cooldude cooldude

Raining for two days here.

Biggest flooded backyard of the year.  Sump pump running like mad.

Submersible pump set up at midnight (backyard to street gutter), and ran till 3:30, then I had to get some sleep so unplugged it.

Just got up and ran it again.   More coming.

I like rain, but not Biblical rain.  I'm repenting the best I can.

Eddie, your preparedness is applauded. Sounds like what I've done twice this Hurricane season. It is good practice. See you in Zypherhills.  coolsmiley

I stayed real dry (with my gear), however the 10 million leaves I have to clean up need to dry out before the work begins.
