You see their state constitution allows the legislature of the state to select electors as a safeguard against exactly the kind of fraud that took place and in fact is still taking place there Kudos to them
It is encouraging that other democrats (besides me ) in Pa are deeply troubled and offended by the goings on not just in Philly but Pitssburgh and other places in the state
If the process is unfair to one citizen it is unfair to all and must never be allowed to be certified under state and federal constitutions. The Pa governor may have a federal indictment by the end of 2021 If he were smart he would look for a place in the D.R. or somewhere there is no extradition
Future elections will require ballots going out to have bar codes. If the ballot coming back does not match the bar code to what was sent out it is rejected. This should have been done with all mail in ballots so we could never have allegations of truckloads of ballots arriving after poll is closed as in Pa and MI. Nevada and Wisconsin.
I would hope all Americans could agree that sending ballots overseas to be counted is lunacy. Having a back door into voting machines is lunacy. Denial of poll watchers to either party means the votes are no good. Even Jimmy Carter would agree that none of the safeguards he looks for when he goes to monitor a foreign election were applied.
