Democratic Senators Announce National Face Mask Legislation

U.S. Senators Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) announced legislation Wednesday aimed to bring mask mandates to the entire U.S., saying that “overwhelming scientific evidence” has shown that masks reduce the spread of Covid-19, which is now taking a grim toll on the country at levels never before seen.

The bill would set aside $5 billion in federal funding that would then be given to states and local governments in the form of grants.

Money would be withheld from states that do not have a mask mandate in place.

Funding would be contingent upon mandates that require face coverings in public, “including in each place of business,” with some common exceptions, like outdoor spaces where social distancing is of ease,
children under the age of two and the eating of food.

The bill is called the ‘‘Encouraging Masks for All Act of 2020.’’

Denver Mayor Preaches ‘Stay Home’ For Thanksgiving While Boarding An Out-Of-State Flight

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock boarded a flight to Houston Wednesday before Thanksgiving despite telling citizens not to travel and instead to spend the holiday with just their own household.

About 30 minutes before Hancock’s flight took off, he tweeted, “Avoid travel, if you can” in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Pass the potatoes, not COVID.

San Diego Church Asks Supreme Court to Stop Gavin Newsom’s Discriminatory Lockdown

Attorneys from the Thomas More Society filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari Before Judgment with the United States Supreme Court in a federal religious liberty lawsuit against California Governor Gavin Newsom. On November 24, 2020, attorneys filed the request on behalf of South Bay United Pentecostal Church and Bishop Arthur Hodges III – asking the high court to settle the circuit split concerning the constitutional standard for reviewing Free Exercise challenges to pandemic restrictions.  The church and pastor are asking the Supreme Court to put a stop to the discriminatory abuses of religious freedom by Newsom and his administration in their handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thomas More Society Special Counsel Charles LiMandri explained the crux of the lawsuit.

“Governor Newsom, in revising his reopening restrictions under his new California ‘Blueprint’ framework, has not only continued his disparate treatment of places of worship but has exacerbated the discrimination by targeting a core practice of South Bay’s religious expression – the ability to raise one’s voice to worship God in song,” LiMandri shared. “While millions of Californians across the state in a wide range of industries have been able to resume working and shopping applying new mask-wearing and social distancing protocols, church services remain a disfavored activity in the eyes of Governor Newsom and the County of San Diego.”

Breaking Video: Mind-Blowing Testimony from Data Scientist in Pennsylvania Claiming “47 USB Cards Missing”

Yes, that’s part of the stunning testimony today from Gregory Strenstrom that exposed the blatant voter fraud in Pennsylvania. Mr. Strenstrom isn’t just a poll watcher but is a “data scientist and forensic computer scientist and an expert in security and fraud.” He knows exactly what he’s talking about when it comes to fraud using data. Several video clips below are of his expert analysis in questioning the 2020 election. It’s truly mind-blowing…

We just learned 2 days ago that virtually all chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything was gone. All forensic evidence, all custody sheets in Delaware county are gone.

“So we have 100k-120k ballots in question. If the democrats had followed their own procedures, which they created, they could exonerate themselves. But they can’t do that.  So if you can’t certify 100k out of 300k votes — then you can’t certify Delaware county.”

BREAKING: Pennsylvania Judge Blocks State From Certifying Election Results In Presidential And All Other Races

Today a Pennsylvania judge ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Friday.

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Tuesday. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order (pdf).

“Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the election, pending the evidentiary hearing.”

Ya sure with all this stuff.

Fact, last Saturday I watch a 6 lane highway at a stand still because of all the going to a tourist island near me. Only one road to get on the island, they are packed.

Fact, college kids in my neighborhood are back and doing what you would expect them to, go run around with their friends.

Fact I'm going to a multifamily T-day.

No one is staying home, college kids aren't quarantining themselves and in general American's don't follow directions well.  Even the health guys are saying flatten the curve, they didn't say the virus will go away or deaths will be lower, just that deaths will be spread out better.
